The Senior Real Estate Institute recognized their outstanding service to downsizing senior homeowners with the 2021 Legacy Leader Award. The Henderson’s developed the Great Transitions® Senior Living Seminar Series which is now recognized as the best of its kind in Central Florida. 

 

Beth Logullo began working with Paul and Lyn in 2021 and she obtained her designation as a Certified Senior Housing Professional(CSHP) in early 2022.  According to Paul, “It was Beth’s passion about and dedication to serve seniors that caught our attention.  What Lyn and I saw in Beth, was a person with the desire and passion to the lead role with Great Transitions 2024 Senior Living Series and beyond.”
