Beth Logullo

Beth began her career in real estate in 2014 and is consistently recognized as a Top Producer among Central Florida Real Estate Agents.  She prides herself on continuing her education and implementing what she learns into her everyday business. 

 

As a Certified Senior Housing Professional(CSHP), Beth is committed to her Senior clients.  Her passion and knowledge drive her to provide a smooth, stress-free experience for her Senior clientele.  Additionally, as a real estate top producer, Beth is able to help, guide and advise her senior client’s adult children moving up to their next home and their grandchildren buying their first.

Beth is dedicated to creating the most streamlined, no hassle experience with every client that works with her.  When she is not working, she enjoys ballroom dancing, cooking and time with her amazing family, which includes her parents and her grown son.

At Great Transitions®, we developed a solution to assist Seniors and their families to guide them through this transition and manage their real estate needs.

Our list of tailored services includes:

  • We provide a free, in-home consultation to identify Seniors' needs and goals.

 

  • We guide Seniors to locate the best, next place they call home.

 

  • We guide Seniors as they work with our organizer to decide what furniture and personal belongings they are taking to the next place they call home. 

 

  • We manage the process of packing, moving, and unpacking to get Seniors relocated and settled into the next place they call home.

 

  • While our clients are settling into the next place they call home, we prepare the house to sell by working with estate sale vendors, interior cleaners, yard and pool maintenance professionals, and handymen.

 

  • We list the home for sale, with full Realtor® representation and manage the closing process to ensure net proceeds are timely and accurate.

 

  • We coordinate referrals to appropriate legal and financial advisors, and other service providers.
