Each day hundred’s of Central Floridians enter their 60’s, the social demographic commonly referred to as "Senior Citizens" or "Seniors", and the decade of Great Transitions. From the working world to retirement. From raising children to enjoying grandchildren. From dreaming to making dreams come true. And now the transition is from the place they've called home for many years to the next place they’ll call home.
It is during this transition when Seniors will likely encounter many aging-related challenges; such as, de-cluttering their homes, downsizing to a more manageable home, determining which independent and assisted living options are available, healthcare benefits and Social Security, avoiding scams targeting Seniors, understanding and implementing the proper legal documents pertaining to guardianship, living wills, and other directives to maintain their wishes and life affairs.
At Great Transitions, we developed a solution to assist the Senior community and their families with their real estate needs and a system to guide them through the transition, mitigating these challenges along the way.

We provide a free, in-home consultation to identify Seniors' needs and help locate their next home.
We coordinate with a Move Manager to get Seniors relocated and settled into the next place they will call home.
We prepare the home to sell, working with Estate Sale vendors, interior cleaners, yard and pool maintenance, and handymen.
We list the home for sale, with full Realtor representation and manage the closing process to ensure net proceeds are timely and accurate.
We coordinate referrals to appropriate legal and financial advisors.
